Magnolia Script

Magnolia Script is a contemporary italic script typeface designed by Tanya Cherkiz, with art direction by Ivan Gladkikh. Its flowing letterforms and consistent joins recall formal calligraphy, balancing ornamental charm with genuine legibility across both print and digital work.

The letters have an unhurried, elegant quality, tall and slightly compressed, with smooth curves that feel natural rather than mechanical. Whether set large on a poster or smaller in body text, Magnolia Script maintains its grace without becoming difficult to read, which sets it apart from many decorative scripts that sacrifice clarity for style.

This font works well for wedding invitations, book covers, fashion branding, editorial headers, and packaging design where a refined, personal touch matters. It’s a solid choice when you want handwritten warmth without sacrificing polish.
